Refund and Return Policy Our Refund Policy is strictly applied as follows: • Refunds are only available under the specific conditions stated in our Refund Policy (serious defects or laboratory certificate mismatch not mentioned in the product description). • No refunds or returns will be accepted for the following: a) Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including any items made to order, resized, engraved, or specially designed). b) Loose gemstones or finished jewelry once they have been used, worn, altered, or show signs of human-induced damage. c) Items where the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or found a better price elsewhere. d) Any orders where promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers were applied. 4. Custom Orders All custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled. Customers are strongly advised to review all details (design, size, gemstone specifications, and engraving) carefully before confirming the order. A digital mock-up or confirmation will be sent for approval. Any changes after production starts may incur additional charges. 5. Gemstone & Jewelry Disclaimer • Natural gemstones may have slight variations in color, tone, and inclusions. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects. • All gemstone measurements and weights are approximate. Small differences (±0.5mm or ±0.1ct) are normal and do not qualify for refund. • Due to differences in monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different in real life. 6. Shipping Policy Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. 7. Limitation of Liability Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or emotional distress. 8.
